Erin Giuliani is the Chief Executive Officer of the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust (NSW BCT). Since her appointment in January 2023, Erin has led the delivery of strong private land conservation outcomes to ensure it remainsa key policy focus in NSW. Erin is committed to increasing private land conservation with integrity in NSW to contribute to global 2030 biodiversity targets.
Prior to joining the NSW BCT, Erin held a number of leadership roles in the NSW Government. As an Executive Director at the NSW Department of Education, she led policy and delivery reform for the department and oversaw financial management and governance of a multi-billion dollar capital program at the department. Prior to a career with the NSW Government, Erin was Senior Associate at the global consulting firm Korn Ferry.
