Tim Allard leads the Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC), and has been CEO since 2018.
He has been instrumental in delivering large-scale conservation projects, fostering innovative partnerships, and driving AWC’s mission to deliver measurable conservation outcomes across 12.9 million hectares. His leadership is driven by a determination to prevent further extinctions and habitat loss, ensuring conservation impact through bold, ambitious strategies that deliver tangible returns for wildlife and ecosystems.
Tim brings a results-driven approach, honed through previous leadership roles in engineering, construction, and project management, and a decade of service in the Royal Australian Navy. Based in Perth, he continues to lead AWC’s efforts with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and effective conservation at scale.
