ALCA supports the proposed mandatory climate-related financial disclosure legislation and recommends that it be extended to integrate nature-related financial risks alongside climate risks. ALCA also recommends that disclosures reflect dependencies on biodiversity and ecosystem services, consistent with the TNFD framework, to support greater private capital flows toward nature-positive outcomes.
