ALCA welcomes the establishment of the Nature Repair Market and supports the Bill's intent to incentivise biodiversity conservation on private land. ALCA recommends improvements to strengthen biodiversity integrity safeguards, ensure First Nations participation, and provide clear pathways for conservation organisations and landholders to participate in the market.
