ALCA's submission addresses the management and protection of native vegetation on privately managed land in NSW. ALCA supports strengthening the Act's provisions to better incentivise landholders to protect and restore native vegetation, and recommends clearer pathways for private land conservation covenants alongside NRM frameworks.
