Submission to the NSW Government review of native vegetation clearance provisions under the Local Land Services Act.

The New South Wales Government has an opportunity to strengthen its protection of native vegetation and biodiversity, noting that the clearance of remnant vegetation remains a major driver of biodiversity loss in Australia. 

The positive solutions being independently delivered through private land conservation do not diminish the need for comprehensive action by the NSW Government to fulsomely address large scale land clearance.
