ALCA's submission addresses the development of environmental indicators for Australia's wellbeing budgets, building on ALCA's earlier submission from August 2022. ALCA recommends that biodiversity and private land conservation outcomes be explicitly included as indicators, and that the framework reflect the interdependence of healthy ecosystems and economic and social wellbeing.
